With Stonehaven Weddings - you are engaging with a small team who are deeply committed to bringing to life an intimate, seamless and stress-free elopement. Business owner, Celebrant and Photographer Maddison - has curated your elopement journey to be one point of contact from start to finish. Meaning one invoice and no backwards and forwards between multiple vendors. Whilst working with close knit and trusted vendors behind the scenes, we also provide personal recommendations for vendors offering that little bit extra. Ultimately, we have tunnel vision in creating not only the most beautiful and intimate elopement, but also stress-free. Maddison will guide you through the planning stage, choosing designs and ensuring the process moves effortlessly. Then come the day, Maddison will be by your side as a trusted friend.

Born and raised in ‘too hot, too big’ Queensland, I have called the Tasmanian wilderness home for the past 3 years and now forever. I’m a devoted mother and a passionate advocate for country family values. My life revolves around creating a warm and nurturing environment for my loved ones and watching them flourish. I have a deep love for my animals and find such solace in their companionship and the impact they have on our lives.
Being mindful and respectful are core principles in my life. Whether it's spending quality time with my loved ones, sitting by open fires, caring for our pets, or simply enjoying a cup of tea, I strive to approach each moment with a gentle spirit and an open heart.
My journey is defined by my commitment to creating a loving home and making a positive difference in the lives of those around me.
Stonehaven was erected with convict carved stone and other materials sourced from a nearby colonial house in 1920 and is surrounded by the rural open plains of the Southern Midlands. Nestled within natures walls of our property, you will find boutique country gardens rich in heritage and our stone courtyard which serves as the beating heart of Stonehaven. There are many established deciduous trees, flowering cherries and crab apples along with mass plantings of bulbs and natives.
Stonehaven is located 8 kilometres from the historic Midlands township of Oatlands, 90 kilometres north of Hobart and 110 kilometres south of Launceston via the Midland Highway.
